A Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and for over 20 years, Jane has been the VP and Board Director of HR for four organisations, including FTSE100, global (US based).
As an accredited professional coach (PCC) and an ex-board director she brings this dual experience to enable leaders and emerging leaders to succeed at senior leadership level.
Jane doesn’t just understand the theory—she’s lived the challenges of progressing within complex organizations including:
- Leading Board and Senior Leadership talent development initiatives, overseeing both in-house programs and external recruitment for high-potential talent for SMEs and large global corporates.
- Managing over 200 line employees across the UK and Europe, holding senior line management roles in HR, customer service, and operations, with full accountability for performance and strategic outcomes.
- A voluntary position of non-executive chair for a national homeless charity and a careers adviser for local schools.
